Repair, inspect, replace.
Hail hit your roof? Get it checked up close.
Our roofers get on the roof, not just a look from the driveway. What they find and the price come in writing.
Your home or your building?
Both start the same way: our roofers inspect before anyone talks price.
-

Your home
A leak, hail, missing shingles, or an old roof.
Home roofs -

Your building
Warehouses, plants, and large commercial buildings.
Commercial roofs
Small job? Paying cash? Call us
A small leak can turn into a stained ceiling, soaked insulation, or worse. Catch it while it's still a repair.
- A few loose shingles
- A leak where the roof meets the chimney
- A drip over the garage

What we won't do
What we won't do: diagnose your roof from a desk, sell you a roof you don't need, ask you to sign anything first, or offer an illegal deductible deal.
Request a roofer without a diagnosis from a deska pitch for a roof you don't needsigning anything firstan illegal deductible deal

After hail, get it documented
Hail damage is easy to miss from the ground. Take dated photos.
Ask the roofer for a written inspection report. Your insurance company asks for that record if you file.
Commercial and industrial

Before you call
Do I need a new roof, or can it be repaired?
Often a repair is enough. You won't know until someone gets on the roof, and that's what the roofer's inspection is for. If a repair will fix it, that's the answer. If the roof needs replacing, ask them to show you why. And if nothing is damaged, they should say so.
Should I call a roofer or my insurance company first?
If you're not sure there's damage, have the roof inspected first. Then you know whether a claim is worth filing. Your insurance company decides what's covered. We don't promise what they'll pay. Nobody honest can.
Can I request a small repair?
Yes. Loose shingles, a single leak, a problem around the chimney or a vent. Paying cash is fine. Say so in your request.
Do you handle commercial and industrial roofs?
Yes, including warehouses and large commercial buildings. Send the address and the roof type. Our roofers' scope and price come in writing after their inspection.
Can I ask for roof maintenance?
Yes. Say so in your request. Maintenance usually means scheduled inspections, a check after major storms, and small repairs while they're still small. Our roofers set the schedule and price in writing.
How much does a roof repair cost?
Your price depends on the roof material, how much of the roof needs work, and what is damaged. A few shingles is a different job from several roof areas or a full replacement. The roofer's inspection shows which. You get the scope and price in writing before work starts, so you can compare the work and the price.
Can a roofer pay my deductible?
No. In Texas, a contractor can't pay, waive, or absorb your deductible without your insurance company's consent. It's a crime under Texas Business and Commerce Code §27.02. An offer to "cover" it is the first sign of a storm chaser.
“It’s against the law for a contractor to offer to waive an insurance deductible…”
Does Texas require roofers to be licensed?
No. Texas has no statewide license for roofing contractors. What you can ask for is proof of insurance. Ask the roofer for their certificate of insurance before you agree to any work.
Who provides the warranty?
The roofer and the material maker each set their own terms. Ask who issues each warranty and get the terms in writing before you authorize any work. Dated photos of the roof are a useful record to keep for your own warranty.
