Referral disclosure
Dallas Roof Works is not the roofer
We connect you with an independent roofer. The roofer does the work and answers for it.
What we do
Dallas Roof Works takes your request and, where a roofer we work with covers your address, passes it to one independent roofer.
What the roofer does
The roofer is responsible for their insurance, the inspection, the scope, the price, the schedule, any warranty, the workmanship and the permit. Ask for each in writing before you authorize work.
No contractor relationship with us
A request or an introduction does not create a contractor-client relationship with Dallas Roof Works. Your agreement is with the roofer. Confirm their credentials and the contract terms before you sign.
